"Friscïoi" of codfish

Pieces of codfish
Flour
Water
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
Onion

Cover the cod fish pieces with water and let it soak for 24 hours
Mix the egg with the flour, add enough water to form the batter , add all other ingredients and let it stand for 2-3 hours. Deep fry spoonfuls of the mixture in olive oil. The croquettes should be soft and plump.
