San Gregorio
San Gregorio is the ancient church in the area, in fact it was made in the XII century. It is in Romanic style, in time the church has bring a few addictions, including the reconstruction of the central portal in gothic style with a fantastic fresco made in the XVI century, in the lunette, representing S. Gregorio and the Virgin Mary. The interior has a single nave and it has the rare characteristic of a partition wall. The particular that strikes the visitors of the church is the beauty of the embellished ancient stone with tiny single lancet windows. Was one of the first church of Porto Maurizio, S. Gregorio, named in a document of the year 1103. Pietrabruna’s municipal, with some help from its citizens, is committed its self to do prevent from ruin at this rare artistic beauty. |

Parish Church
Made by architect Cantoni finished in 1844, is dedicated to S. Matteo, it stands on the ruins of remains of columns and capitels made with dark stone, are still to be seen in the church courtyard. Previously the church was considered the only example of neoclassical construction in the village, but recently the superintendence for Ligurian art has restorated the building in baroque style. The interior has the shape of a Greek cross and most of the objects were chosen by the present priest, in particular the high altar
designed in baroque style during the war. Valuable works that can be admired are the Madonna del Rosario on the left altar (Genoese canvas dated 1653), and the fifteen wooden statue made by Trentino. |

Virgin Mary’s oratory
The oratory of SS. Annunziata belonging to Confratelli Disciplinanti (Disciplined Brothers), called also Battuti Bianchi. The church dating from the seventeenth – eighteenth centuries, is still present today with its external fresco on the front made by the painter Portorino Domenico Virenti (1920), while in the interior, on the vault, there is the scene of the Annunciation by an unknown painter dated 1705. Finally two more details anticipate the origin of the Annunziata’s brotherhood in the fifteen century. The first is the procession crucify one of the few crucifies of XV century. The second is the picture of the Annunciation of Augustine by Casanova, signed and dated 1 August 1545.

San Salvatore
Placed on the slope of Monte Faudo is the destination of innumerable walks and it preserve remarkable frescos in its interior.
